Ms. Thomas is a 67 year old woman with type 2 diabetes who had a myocardial infarction 2 years ago. She is presently on metformin, DPP-4 inhibitor and a sulfonylurea. Her A1C is 7.4%.

What antihyperglycemic therapy would you offer her next?
